"Really like this product. I had tried a differnt nasal pillow system and didn't care for it at all, nearly gave up and went with the same old nasal mask until I found Opus. I do find it a little noisey, but will continue to use in in the future."

"As a cpap newbie, I was concerned about finding a mask I could live with, so the insurance was an attractive feature. As it turned out, the staff members I spoke with were really helpful and guided me into the OPUS 360 when I said I sleep on my stomach a lot. Love the mask, so I didn't use the insurance. I'm really glad my Dr. told me about cpap.com because I had no clue about what to get. Your staff is great!"

"There's really no way to know how something is going to work out in your particular case until you try it under your circumstances. I really was hoping not to have to use the return insurance. I really, really wanted to finally find the right mask that would let me sleep through the night. However, that didn't turn out to be the case and i'm happy to be able to return the item and use the remaining money to try another product."

"I bought the insurance because I was getting a new mask I wasn't sure I would like and since it was cheaper to do that (new mask + insurance) than buy the same mask I already had, I figured why not. As it turns out, I haven't had to use the insurance because I really like the new Opus 360. However, having this option made it much easier to try a new mask without fear of being out the money."
