"I appreciate the availability of the insurance in obtaining the most suitable mask for my needs. As it turns out I believe I was properly advised as to what is probably the best mask for me and so I am not likely to use the insurance. However, since the mask was so competitively priced over the internet along with everything else, I feel that the insurance did not really cost me anything and allowed me complete confidence in making my internet purchse. Since I was not able to actually handle the devices before ordering, the insurance was an appropriate exchange for the savings realised."

"I tried a nasal mask, and found out that I am a mouth-breather, so the insurance was important to me so that I could return the mask."

"Although I do think everyone should get this insurance, if they are unsure of the size or fit, or buying a new cpap, or mask, I do not think a customer should have to pay for this insurance, or the insurance premium could be less."

"I am very glad I spent the money for return insurance. I found the mask part just the right size with a good seal. However the "hardware" parts of the mask are heavy and bulky. Wish this mask could be streamlined...."
