Expensive, probably didn't need it

"It is likely that I will not need to use the insurance, which, at 1/5 the cost of the system, seems a bit pricey to me. I chose the Mirage Swift Nasal Pillow System after using it during my titration study. It was the only mask of three that the sleep tech tried on me that I could stand, it was actually quite comfortable, and I've had relatively minor frustration adjusting to it. A week in, I'm up to 7 hours a night with the mask, and feeling more energy than I've felt in months, if not years. Research your choices well and work with your doctor/sleep tech, and you won't need to buy this insurance."

Essential but overpriced

"I personally think return insurance should be free with any order over $150 and this mask has one of the cheaper insurance prices."

Glad I got it.

"I was hesitant about buying return insurance at first, as 1) I had spent enough ($149) on the Nasal Pillow System, and 2) I had heard and read rave reviews about the Nasal Pillow that I figured the insurance was a waste of money. Not so.
I was not satisfied with the Nasal Pillow, so I was able to return it for a full refund and order my usual mask instead. Particularly if you're ordering something you haven't used before, the return insurance is worth it."
