"My mother in law bought this for my husband who used to snore AWFUL! We couldnt even go on vacation with friends or family because he couldnt sleep around anyone, or should I say, no one could sleep around him! But the insurance we HAD to buy for this just blows my mind! $20 is now wasted because the mask fits fine, so that $20 bucks we spent is now in the companys pocket for nothing. I dont believe their should be a return fee at all but even if you require one, you should say, must you return an item there is an x amount that must be paid or something. Not pay up front so if it fits right you just lose $20 bucks. I love the mask for my husband but I believe next time we will find another company who offers a return policy for free or you only pay if you have to return it. My husband unfortunatly does not have insurance so we pay out of pocket and $20 bucks down the drain is too much!

"Like the chance to purchase this and able to return product if it does not meet my needs. Since only been on cpap for 4 mos. I am still working on this sleeping adjustment and finding the product that works best for me."

"This system works for all. On whole, I hope cpap.com makes a bit of money off this, and it lets me try out a mask to see if it was right for me. (It was.) You're more likely to try since the insurance lets you afford to take the risk."
