"I have used the Nasal Aire canula since 'day 1' some 5 years ago ... with the only complaint of bruising and sore spots on my temples (where the tubing runs along my face) from sleeping on my side. I switched to using a more robust chin strap UNDER the tubing which has provided some cushioning under the tubing.

The updated Nasal Air II headgear is now both more adjustable and more complicated than previously, but still lacks some critical features. The behind-the-head velcro retainer for the tubing is necessary, but has little adjustment for tubing spacing. Needed, still, is a 'keeper' around the tubing as they pass under the chin ... this keeps the assembly from becoming loose.

I find the nasal prong is VERY comfortable. My desire would be to have a simpler securing strap, attached to it at the junction with tubing that would allow the tubing to remain in front, and not wrap around the head (to be slept on)."

"I AM A 15 YEAR PLUS C-PAP USER. THE NASAL AIRE II IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST MASK I HAVE EVER USED. I CAN SLEEP IN ANY POSITION, TOSS AND TURN AND THE MASK NEVER BUDGES. IT IS QUIET AND VERY VERY COMFORTABLE. I HAVE JUST REPLACED MY FIRST HEADGEAR AND I FEEL IT GAVE ME MORE THAN MY MONEYS WORTH. THE DESIGN OF THE NEW HEADGEAR IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT, EVEN MORE STURDY AND STABLE AND I LIKE IT EVEN BETTER!!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS MASK FOR EVERYONE BUT ESPECIALLY FOR ANYONE DEALING WITH ANY CLAUSTROPHOBIC ISSUES. IT TAKES A LITTLE TIME TO GET IT SET UP AND FITTED BUT SO SO WORTH IT. THERE IS A VIDEO ON YOUTUBE THAT SHOWS HOW TO FIT IT ETC..."
