OptiLife users can now choose to replace the standard pillow cushion with the all-new Cradle Cushion. The new design provides minimal contact, yet feels similar to traditional triangular cushions.

"I cannot tolerate nasal pillows or any kind of mask on my face. The cradle cushion is the only way I can stay compliant with my cpap therapy. I did find that it leaked less when I went from a size medium to a small. I am a mouth breather but I have no trouble keeping my mouth closed with the cradle cushion. I would also recommend it to any one who is too claustrophobic to handle a mask."

Very comfortable, but hard to keep in place.
Richard – January 27, 2009
"Very comfortable. Much more comfortable than the nasal pillows. The only problem was that it kept slipping when I shifted to my side, or even moved. It will work perfectly as a temporary switch when there is any nasal soreness or colds/allergies."
"I really wanted this to work. As I have stated, nasal pillows have gotten where they irritate me after 6 years of use. They also feel like they restrict my air flow. I run 14 lb water pressure. The Optilife Cradle fits perfectly on a standard Optilife mask and I had good airflow. I had no discomfort. Unfortunately, they did not conform to my nose shape thus I had serious leaks. In the end, I had to retire my OptiLife and go with another design."
There is no Latex in any Respironics mask or their packaging.
