"I have used a CPAP for over 10 years & this mask for over a year. It is by far the most comfortable I've had. The Mask is fit excellent & I no longer wake up with the bridge of my nose hurting. I had to replace the mask recently because the plastic body broke. I wanted the exact mask as a replacement, but because the part number for the mask only is different than the P/N for the mask with headgear, my new mask is smaller. It still fits well, but not as well as the old one. My point here is that we need more guidance in selecting the correct mask size.
The new headgear is different too. I found it very awkward to get the headgear & mask on, needing to release the velcro fasteners first, then tighten them while holding the mask in place. My old headgear has a nylon clasp on one of the lower straps, so I transferred this to the new headgear, which solved the problem. Point here, include the two-piece clasp with the headgear.
The new mask is not vented, as my previous one was, and this has quietened the system down immensely.
The small points noted above could be easily rectified if the manufacturer chooses to do so. In the most important areas, comfort and quietness, this is still an excellent mask."

"It would be nice if the straps of the headgear could be designed in such a way that they would not cover the ears. When I move them under the ears, they are less comfortable, although I have giot used to it."
