Profile Lite Nasal CPAP

"I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2001. I was fitted with a medium profile lite mask by the sleep center for the test.....I have been using the profile lite mask ever since. I have tried other recomended masks over the years but always go back to the profile lite. However, I do use the blue simple strap with the mask and not the head gear that comes with the it. I use the mask as is without having to fit it to my face."

"The Pro lite nasal mask with head gear is the best fitting cpap mask that I have found yet. It keeps a very good seal as I sleep on my stomach and also when ever I toss and turn. the trick is to order the correct size."

"I REALLY DON'T LIKE THIS MASK. I HAD THIS MASK AS MY ORIGINAL MASK WELL OVER A YEAR. I TRIED THE MASK SELECTION PROGRAM AND THE ONE I SELECTED WOULD NOT FIT MY FACE . THE ALTERNATIVES IT PRESENTED DID NOT APPEAL TO ME AT ALL. I DON'T THINK I COULD STAND SOMETHING STICKING INTO MY NOSE OR MOUTH. SO I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE I HAD BROKEN MY MASK AND I NEEDED ONE. WHAT I DON'T LIKE ABOUT THIS MASK IS THAT THE FOREHEAD BUTTON (OR WHAT EVER YOU CALL IT) IS UNCONFORTABLE, THE PLASTIC PIECE THAT SUPPORTS THIS BUTTON IS FLIMSY AND IN DEED THAT IS WHAT BROKE. THE STRAPS ARE HARD TO ADJUST. WHETHER LOOSE OR TIGHT THE MASK TENDS TO LEAK AND BLOW INTO MY LEFT EYE. MAYBE NEXT TIME I WILL FIND A BETTER MASK."
