The replacement Cushion Clip for the Mirage Activa LT and SoftGel Nasal CPAP Masks is made of molded plastic and is not compatible with any other mask. It's available as one-size-fits-all. This product is the cushion clip only, and doesn't include the cushion or any other parts.
The cushion clip is used to bind the cushion to the frame, and should be replaced if damaged or broken.
