"The price of the items I purchased increased significantly from the last time I purchased from CPAP.com and I almost went to another site, but previous good service kept me from switching this time. The parts and mask that I purchased match a unit already in my possession. The elbow unit to it broke and needed to be replaced quickly. If I counted correctly I received my material in five business days which I consider good.

Works perfectly, but way overpriced

"This is sold as a complete assembly of many parts, when it is one particular little part (tabs on a ring) that always breaks. That part should sell separately for about $5, but instead you have to buy the whole assembly for about $59."

Replacement Valve

"The replacement valve was easy to replace and once in place worked very well. Like so often in todays market it seems to be impossible to get the one simple part you need to fix a problem but are forced to by the whole unit. Since this valve is composed of a number of removalble parts I would have been pleased to have been able to buy the part that was broken and avoid unwanted expense and needless waste. I also feel some concern about the unreasonable pricing of things classed as medical supplies. Under any other classification this simple plastic valve would be a fraction of the cost."
