"This mask is the best I have found and I have tried several. The only issue is minor air leakage during the nite both near the eyes and at corner of mouth. Both corrected by cinching it down tighter which doesn't make it very comfortable. If I could get a better seal without needing to cinch so tightly this would clearly be a 5."

"Was uncertain from the photo that this was the right part since it had nothing on it to indicate what it was and cpap was packaged separately so no documentation was in with it. But it was. You might want to re-do the photo. Pricing is a little steep (I know that is mostly owing to the manufacturer)particularly if you must(as I do) pay for it out of your own pocket. Unfortunately I understand medium scale manufacturing, and small firm speciality marketing and know that the price is determined by many other factors - not the least is what insurance companies are willing to pay on something like this. Not since Kodak (George Eastman)figured out how to sell film at a 1500% mark-up . . . CPAP.com did a great job with the order, shipping, etc.

"I have tried to find a Res-Med shallow Large cushion for weeks when I ran across your website and I saw it and ordered it over the net. I received notification that it was shipped as promised. GREAT JOB!!! Now I sleep like I used to before the manufacturer changed cushion on me.
