Replace your elbow periodically

"It seems that this elbow receives most of the stress while we sleep. With the turning and tossing our hose attempts to avoid getting tangled by using this swivel elbow. I have experianced them wearing to a point that they begin to rub and squeel. By replacing the periodically it has helped my CPAP experiance."
