Ultra Mirage™ and Ultra Mirage™ II Nasal Mask Cushion

"I ordered three plastic seals that fit directly on the skin around the nose and was pleased with your service. I am also heartened by the price, which was less than what I had paid previously, but the cost is still too high for what I am getting. As I see it, this seal has less than 2 cents' worth of plastic in it. I'll give you $1.50 for R&D costs and even tack on $3.00 for mailing costs. That makes each of these items worth about $5.00. Why do these things cost so much?

Isn't there any way to get a reasonable discount on, say, a box of 25? I am on a fixed income and find these costs prohibitive and unreasonable. Is there a solution?"

"I was surprised to see the change in the mask cushion. It was made much flimsier than usual & irritates my nose when wearing it. I have been using these cusions for a long time & this is the 1st time I was unhappy with it. Yes I losened the head gear thinking it may be too tight but that was not the cause. It's just made cheaper than usual."
