"In 2005, I switched to a different mask, which came with a new hose. I've since had to replace the hose at least 3 times, but none of the subsequent hoses worked like the first one. I've ordered them from different companies, and when I described how the original hose attached by clicking into place, no one ever seemed to know what I was describing. When I ordered a hose again from CPAP.com, I had the same problem. I called to report that this one additionally was far too large at the mask connection, the knowledgeable customer service rep. solved the problem. I had evidently mistaken this elbow for part of the first hose, and thrown it away. Thanks to her expertise, my machine is finally working again as it should."
