This will work with the Ultra Mirage Nasal Mask, Ultra Mirage II Nasal Mask, Mirage Micro and the Mirage Quattro Full Face Mask only.

"I did not have a mask swivel until I order one from your company. I would wake at night when I turned over and had to ajust the hose by hand. It sure is nice not having to do that anymore."
