FOREHEAD PAD   January 26, 2008

"When I placed my order for a forehead support, I was not aware that the part I ordered would not accept the forehead pad which I already had from the forehead part that had failed. I called and was told I needed a new forehead pad for the replacement forehead part. The problem is that the part cost was $11.99 and the shipping was $7.00 dollars.( A 58% mark up on the cost of the pad). If only there had been some way to realize that I needed a new forehead pad when I placed the original order, I could have saved the extra $7.00 shipping charge plus having to deal with a makeshift mask for sleeping until the new pad arrives. I hope the new pad works with the new forehead part."

"After trying to purchase parts for my mask locally for two days and getting we are not sure if we have that. Let me look and call you back. It has now been about two weeks and I have not recieved a return call. On the third day I ordered from cpap.com and two days later I was back in business. This was not my first purchase from this web site. Selection is great and delivery is very fast. I have a problem with a small piece of plastic costing so much. But everyone else charges accordingly. My Doctor will give me parts if he has them avaliable, so I will check there first. But if not avaliable there I will not hesitate to get online and order. Thanks for being there and I feel totally confident in purchasing from this web site."
