"I purchesed the DC converter. Online it shows the converter. But I also need the part to hook to the battery which was not obibious. I thought when I purchased the converter that I got all I needed. So I had to pay extra $25 in shipping which was not necessary.
Now that I have all the pieces it works fine."

Substantial - a little expensive...
March 17, 2009

"While it is expensive, this is the only battery-clip-to-lighter-adapter cable I've seen with an actual fuse on it. Considering the cost of the parts, however, this is just a little expensive for an adapter of this kind. This could be half the price and there would still be a reasonable profit made. I would have given it five stars if it weren't that I just feel a little bit like I'm a victim of Respironics name-branding with this product."

"The order was promptly shipped and arrived in excellent shape. I do not have a marine battery as yet so I haven't tried it out. The reason for purchasing it is in case of power failure and also I can take it on a camping trip."

"this cable is oem and ships in respironics bag. very well made and worked great. Make sure you get the cable bundle pak or it will not connect to the flow generator {12 volt DC Power Cord (connects CPAP to cigarette lighter socket)"

Does not hook directly to CPAP
September 18, 2008
(4 out of 5) by Jeff Q, Poway, CA
"This adapter works great but do pay attention to the fact that it DOES NOT plug directly in to your CPAP. It has battery clips pn one end and a ciggarette lighter socket on the other so it must be used in conjunction with the "12V DC Powere Cord" that does plug directly to your CPAP using a ciggarette socket.
