"I had a smart card before I ordered this one. It came with the machine I ordered. I wanted a backup one or extra ones since these don't last forever and, like any readable card, can wear out and not read properly. The smart card (with the needed software and card reader) is great for tracking you sleep on a data capable machine. It helps you take some charge of managing your sleep apnea. The cards came well packaged and in excellent condition. The service from CPAP.com was efficient,as usual, and the items arrived in excellent condition."
