"The pillow case is like sandpaper on your skin. I can see the need for the case for the pillow to keep it firm, but one should have the option of an all cotton pillow case -- gentle on your skin.
One already has enough problems with pimples, etc. just using the mask. This pillowcase only makes the problem worse. I would return it if I could. A waste of money. I put a regular pillowcase like a sheet on top of it, but that crinkles and causes other problem.
The people who made/designed this pillowcase obviously doesn't use cpap."
