"I had been using my cpap machine for about 2 weeks, and needed help! I didn’t get my machine through cpap.com, and didn’t have enough education from the company that sold it to me. Mark answered my questions, and answered more that I didn’t even know I had until he brought them up. He helped me with:
* Fitting my mask/cushion to that it is most comfortable and effective
* What to expect as I get used to the machine and masks
* Hose care
* Common user problems and how to fix them, and more.
I would highly suggest that a new user contact Mark the day they bring their machine home. I could have avoided 2 weeks of frustration if I had only known what I know now. He is knowledgeable, patient and kind."

"This was the best money I've spent on ANYTHING to do with my sleep apnea. I've learned more from Mark regarding cpap equipment - and sleep apnea - than I learned from my apnea doctor and the healthcare company I previously dealt with.
He is patient and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, and is able to convey his instructions so that I totally understand them.
