This upgrade kit will provide the original Somnetics Transcend 'Soft & Wearable' Travel CPAP Machine the same flexibility offered by the new, on-head version of the Transcend II Travel CPAP Machine.
This nosepiece change will allow the original Transcend to be compatible with the Transcend Universal Hose Adapter, which can be purchased separately.
The updated nosecone and Universal Hose Adapter allows the Transcend the flexibility to be used with any 6 Foot Hose and any mask system.
In addition to the updated nosecone, the kit also includes the 9 in Hose for Transcend II Waterless Humidification and Mask Assembly for Transcend II.
