Bio: I joined CPAP.com early 2007. The CPAP world was completely different than any other line of work I have been in. Determined to become knowledgeable with the CPAP world I submersed myself into learning everything I could about CPAP therapy and equipment.
After a year and half I was promoted to Returns Manager and handled the day to day runnings of the Returns department. This allowed me to learn so much more about the workings of the actual equipment and in turn help me to better assist customers with troubleshooting a problem. After a little over a year in this position I was promoted to Customer Service Manager.
This company has given me the chance to work in a rewarding industry. I enjoy helping our customers become compliant with their therapy. Getting up in the morning knowing what I do is helping others is the ultimate reward.
When not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family.
