Bio: I moved to Houston Texas in 1994, and I have lived here ever since. I have an Associates degree in automotive Technology, and started work on a Bachelors of Arts degree in 2010. I started as a hostess in a restaurant and have worked in many different types of customer service in 20 years. I moved to CPAP.com in 2013 where I now get to learn about the medical industry. The parts may be different, but customer service is just as important! Good customer service is an evolving skill and I get to learn new things every day that help me to become a better Customer Service Representative. I work with a lot of awesome people, and talk to great customers every day. I look forward to assisting you to find the products that best meet your CPAP therapy needs.
