By now, you’re probably sitting in the living room, watching football and waiting for the feast to begin. Distract yourself from the wonderful smells of turkey and fresh baked pie with a one of a kind Thanksgiving Day parade!
If you haven’t been following the CPAP.com newsletters, then you may not know we’ve been using the Transcend line of CPAP machines to inflate several parade floats. I’m not advising you to use your CPAP for extracurricular things like this, but sometimes it’s okay to have a little bit of fun.
Don’t forget to enjoy your friends and family this holiday. Happy Thanksgiving from CPAP.com.

Are you positive you have an alrgely or do you just not like to wear it??? For a lot of my patients, it is the latter.Did you discuss this with your doctor? He/she would be able to come up with alternatives for you.Unfortunately, the only reliable treatment for sleep apnea is a CPAP. There are things that you can do to lessen the severity of your case. For example, you can lose weight through diet and exercise. The vast majority of people with sleep apnea are overweight, so I am just assuming that this is the case with you.Talk to your doctor.
