    We place orders over the telephone and online. To place your order with the help of our Customer Service Representatives, call toll free: 1-800-356-5221. If you would like to place your order online and need help, you can also contact us by chat by clicking the Chat now field in the lower right hand corner of a CPAP.com page.       How can I place my order with your company?

      I have placed my order, what will happen next?
    • Look For An Order Shipped Email. Please expect to receive an Order Shipped confirmation email from us the evening after your order has shipped. To ensure that you receive this email, please add our email address, cpap@cpap.com, to your address book. Our email will contain your order number and any tracking numbers associated with the package.

    • Track Order Status Online. You can track the status of your order from our warehouse to your door by logging into Your Account.
