    Did you know that an average CPAP.com Customer Service Representative trains for two months before they speak with their first customer and four months before they may "fly solo" with customers? During this time they are learning the business, taking daily product quizzes, touching products and generally getting their hands dirty. Not everyone makes it through our training process, but those who do are awesome!

    Our customer service team does not have call time limits and isn't compensated through commissions. They are strictly here to help and we encourage you to give them a call
