At CPAP.com, our behaviors are the core of our company. They represent more than just values, or a mission. Our behaviors are meant to be lived, experienced, and part of our lives. They’re something we try to embody as we take care of our customers. Our goal is to provide our customers with a better way to treat Sleep Apnea, and our behaviors are how we do it. Our behaviors are the guiding principles for every interaction within the company and with our customers, and we welcome our customers to hold us to the behaviors we outline here. We decided to create this page as a way of being transparent with our customers to outline the high standards we expect to meet or exceed with every interaction.
When a company says they care, what does that mean to them? At CPAP.com, we make care apart of our behavior and our lives. We care for our families. We care for our co-workers. And most importantly, we care for our customers.
At CPAP.com, we want to make sure we’re getting results for our customers and results for our company. We understand that as part of our mission to give our customers a better way to treat Sleep Apnea, we have to make sure we deliver results for our customers. As employees, are we delivering results for our teams? Are we paying attention to the details? Are we doing everything we promised the customer? We obsess over these questions because we’re passionate about our work, and we want to make sure our customers are happier and healthier than they were before coming to us for help. That’s performance to us.
Being authentic means being respectfully direct and owning all your mistakes. It’s not enough to simply say you’ve got it and move on. When things go wrong, we want to take responsibility for our misgivings and never ever lie. We strive to be straightforward, trustworthy, and genuine in our interactions with other co-workers, managers, and customers. We advocate for our customers to others in the company to make sure we take care of our obligations, and deliver what we promise. We want to have a servant’s heart, working tirelessly for our customers and giving our all in support of our teams.
What does it mean to never give up? When we face adversity in our careers, we keep pushing forward. We work tirelessly to find solutions to the most vexing and difficult problems in our work lives, and we routinely go the extra mile to make sure our customers are treated like family. Perseverance is more than a value, it’s a behavior, a way of life we live every day as we satisfy the wants and needs of our customers. Adversity is a fact of life. When faced with this reality, how do we respond? At CPAP.com, we strive to be mission- focused with a habit of mind to overcome adversity and use it as our moment to shine.
