How to enter / eligibility
No purchase is necessary to enter our sweepstakes. Only one (1) sweepstakes entry per person, per sweepstakes unless otherwise stated. Sweepstakes entrants must be over 18 years of age and a legal resident of the contiguous United States. Cpap.com will be accepting entries from 05/06/2025 – 05/18/2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT. Upon registration, entrants will be subscribed to the cpap.com email newsletter list. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. The email address provided at registration must be associated with your cpap.com account at the time of prize collection or your account will be created for you during the prize selection process. You may create a cpap.com account here and we encourage you to do so while you wait for the winner announcement. We will contact all winners by their email address submitted via the sweepstakes form. If you are selected as a winner and we cannot get in contact with you by email, you forfeit your winner status. Lack of response to the winner notification email within 48 hours from the time of send will constitute sweepstakes item forfeiture. Make sure your email spam filters do not prevent us from contacting you.
Winner selection and notification
Three winners will be selected and announced via email on May 19, 2025, at approximately 12:00 p.m. CT. Each winner will receive a Transcend Micro Power Bundle, which includes a Transcend Micro Travel CPAP, a battery pack, and an essentials accessories pack (fair market value at $1,300 per unit). Winners will be selected at random from qualified entrants by a randomized selection process.The odds of winning vary depending on the number of entrants. All drawing winners will be notified twice by email and will be given detailed instructions on next steps for prize collection. If we cannot reach you by email and no response is received within 48 hours, the winner forfeits their sweepstakes item. The decisions made by cpap.com regarding each sweepstakes are final and binding.
Winner Disqualification
If an email returns undeliverable, the winner forfeits their rights to the sweepstakes item. While we do send emails requesting follow-up information to each winner, cpap.com assumes no responsibility to ensure winner response.
Additionally, the winner must return a fully completed IRS W-9 form to cpap.com within 14 days of winner announcement and/or contact; otherwise, the winner will be disqualified. By law, cpap.com can not ship any prize to any winner until the IRS W-9 has been properly completed and returned.
For prizes requiring a prescription, entrants must be willing to provide a valid prescription within two weeks of winner contact from cpap.com or they forfeit the prize.Cpap.com will not ship the prize until a valid prescription has been received. Entrants must have or open acpap.com account to submit their prescription.

All taxes on any sweepstakes item won are the sole responsibility of the winner, including, without limitation, any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. Sweepstakes items will be mailed to winners in the contiguous U.S. free of charge. cpap.com reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes at any time. Prizes are offered "as is" and include the standard warranty where applicable. Cpap.com is not responsible for replacing prizes damaged in shipping or due to events beyond our control. Entries that are late, lost, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, or incomplete will not be considered. If a sweepstakes is canceled, cpap.com will make reasonable efforts to select an alternate winner, but reserves the right not to award the prize.
Returns are only accepted for manufacturer defects; return shipping is the responsibility of the winner. Employees ofcpap.com and their immediate families are not eligible to win. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion.
