Yes, the Evora Nasal Mask is compatible with all CPAP machines that use standard tubing with 22mm rubber ends, which is virtually every machine we sell. In the case of the ResMed AirMini, which uses a smaller hose size, you’ll need the Zephair AirMini Mask Adapter.

The Evora Nasal Mask is likely not a good fit for you if you primarily breathe through your mouth. While you can use this mask with mouth tape or a CPAP chinstrap, we recommend the Evora Full Face mask because it delivers therapy air to both your nose and mouth. 

If you’re having trouble with your mask seal, the first order of business is always to pull the cushion away from you, then re-seat the cushion on your face. If that doesn’t work, try the following:

• Clean Your Mask and Face: The oils on your skin can prevent your mask from forming a good seal, so try washing your face and your cushion with warm, soapy water and see if that solves the problem.
• Re-Fit or Replace Your Headgear: Headgear can become worn out over time and will need increasingly tighter adjustments to maintain the same seal quality. Start by loosening your headgear completely, then re-fitting it to your comfort level so that it is firm, but not tight. If your headgear has a noticeable loss in elasticity, try replacing it to see if that solves your leaky seal. 
• Try a CPAP Mask Liner: Mask liners can help by adding a barrier between you and your mask so it can form a better seal and accommodate your face’s unique contours and movement throughout the night. RemZzzs Padded Nasal Mask Liners may help you find relief, but it may take some adjustment to get it seated properly as these liners are designed for more traditional nasal masks and won’t fit as well to a nasal cradle cushion like the Evora’s.
• Try a Different Size Cushion: Sometimes, the only reason a cushion is leaking is because it’s one size larger or smaller than what you actually need. Try ordering a different-size cushion to see if you find relief from your mask leaks.
• Try a CPAP Pillow: CPAP pillows are designed with unique cutouts and divots that are designed to put less pressure on your mask while side-sleeping to prevent discomfort and mask leaks caused by certain sleeping positions. Try a CPAP pillow if you notice leak issues while side or stomach sleeping, or if your pillow is not allowing your mask or hose to lay in a comfortable and convenient position for you.

The Evora Nasal Mask is rated for pressures between 4-25 cmH2O and should not have any issues delivering consistent therapy at higher prescribed pressures.

The different parts of your Evora Mask need to be cleaned at different intervals which are described below:

• Cushion: Your cushion should be washed daily with warm soapy water after use.
• Short Tube: You should rinse and allow your short tube (as well as your full-length tube)  to drip dry every day after use and give it a good clean once weekly with warm soapy water. 
• Headgear/Frame: The headgear and frame of your Evora Nasal mask are essentially the same thing and should be cleaned at least once weekly with warm soapy water but can be cleaned more frequently if you prefer.

For added convenience, you can also use CPAP mask wipes to clean the frame, headgear, and cushion of your Evora Nasal mask each day.

When you order an Evora Nasal Mask Fit Pack, you’ll receive all three cushion sizes with your mask instead of choosing one size. This can be very helpful when you’re trying a new mask for the first time, as sizing guides don’t always indicate the correct size for everyone.
