I like a mask that allows some breathing in a power outage, this mask is difficult to breath in when the air diffuser is in place, and slightly better when removed. The pillow system blows up to form around your nose, but the nose holes are more difficult to align than a mask with more rigid nasal area I can see how that would be much more comfortable for people who get nasal irritation from contact with the mask. I also experience some moisture build up in the pillow, but nothing serious like rain. Movement in the night can cause leaks that spray air in eyes or face. However, the feel of the mask on the face was very good.
