Excellent Mask
I’ve been a CPAP user for over 15 years, and the Vitera mask is the best CPAP mask I have ever used! Hands down. I used to use the Fisher and Paykel Forma, which I liked, but I started to get some serious pressure marks on the bridge of my nose after a while. Last fall, I switched to the Phillips Respironics DreamWear full face mask. I wanted to like this mask. It was very comfortable at first, but I just had trouble maintaining a seal throughout the night. It was also very loud. It also cut into my skin right below my nose. So I ditched it and bought the Vitera. This mask has been the perfect full face mask. This mask does not leak, and I have a goatee! There are no pressure marks on my face or nose. I can sleep on my side and not have to worry about leaks. The mask is very quiet. Vitera has been a great mask so far.

Love The Mask
I have tried 6 or 7 other masks and had major problems with all of them. I really like the Forma mask because it comes down under my chin, stays in place, and covers the bridge of my nose where it needs to be. It seals well, although I do have leaks from time to time that are easily resolved either by readjustment or by taking the mask off and reseating it. When I have to take it off to reseat it, it is usually because I have been sweating too much and have to remove the moisture from my face and the mask. In the past, most of the masks didn’t have wide enough cushioning around the mask, but this one does, plus it has the extra foam, which I find even better. The headgear could be a little thinner in the back as it makes me sweat more than some other headgear I have worn, but I like how it disconnects for an easy on and off.
