"This does exactly what it says it will do. However I wanted to use it to attach to hoses together. When I did this I noticed that the overall pressure was significantly lowered. I don't know if this is just the case with my resmed S9 or all machines. So if this is what you planned on buying it for, I would think twice. However, since this isn't a design flaw of the adapter, I'll give it 5 stars."

"The swivel is nice. It doesn't bind, or catch. Its important for people to know that this coupling has small connectors on both ends. Make sure you aren't trying to use this to connect an item with a small end like a cpap/humidifier/mask, because the end is the same size of the end of those products (with few exceptions)"
