"I have always used the Dreamseal DreamFit Cushion since I started using my cpap. I have a phobia about anything blocking my nostrils so I don't even try the other style. I am a side sleeper and the over-the-head style works well for me. My only complaint would be the quality of the plastic in the headgear. The part that the dreamseal cushion snaps into (blue plastic) has 3 slots and on each mask, the same slot has broken and makes the cushion leak and the need to replace the whole headpiece. The plastic needs to be more durable or the piece should be replaceable independently of the whole headpiece -like the cushion-. Even with that problem, I will continue to use this mask."

"I like the over the head spring headpiece used in the Dreamseal but I have not been able to get a good seal with the mask.
I havn't given up on the unit yet. There are always modifications to improve things.
I'll report if it hits the parts bin."
