The AutoSet T VPAP machine uses a pressure sensor to adjust for back pressure. When using the Humidiare heated humidifier along with your AutoSet T you must use this adapter for the pressure sensor to function properly.
Before connecting the humidifier, remove the standard VPAP face plate. After attaching the Humidaire to the VPAP, this pressure sensor adapter will fit onto the humidifier air outlet port. Then the narrow tubing screws onto the pressure line sensor, located next to the CPAP air outlet port.
