"I think this machine is terrific. It's a compact and "smart" powerhouse that I purchased for both home use and travel. It was easy to set up and I was quite surprised by the almost silent airflow once activated. The compact design is remarkable and will be a space saver in my luggage."

"When I say silent, it is really silent. Can't imagine a quieter machine. Works perfectly. Read the forums to enable the "advanced" menus to set up the EPR."

"I am extremely pleased with my Resmed S8 Elite II w/humidifier. It is my first time ordering products from CPAP.com. I was immediately impressed when I initially sent them an email inquiry prior to my purchased and received a response within an hour. They even called me the same day I ordered to clarify a question they had concerning my prescribed CPAP setting.
The only thing I wasn't sure of when shopping the CPAP.com website for a machine was whether CPAP.com calibrates the machine for my prescription and option settings prior to shipping. They do!
I have since been impressed with their efficient and courteous service, and shipping time is just as they promised. This is the best machine I ever used in my last 15+ years treatment. It is compact, very quiet, soft blowing. I wish I could have obtained this one a long time ago. My wife and I travel a lot and I can't express enough how pleased I am to be able to disconnect this CPAP machine from the humidifier for those 1 or 2 nighters and just go.
I have previously owned 2 other CPAP machines. My 1st was a Respironic for 10+ yrs. and presently is my backup machine, so it continues to serve me well, but is a bit loud and makes a buzzing noise. My 2nd machine was a Fisher & Paykel for 5 yrs., enough said. I had no choice on my first 2 machines since they were the choice of my employer's medical supplier.
I'm retired now and since I've always used and have been extremely satisfied with the Resmed masks, I decided to go with the Resmed Machine because of what it offered in size, options and the separate humidifier."

"I have only had one other machine, the resmed S6 lightwieght II, and this machine was a dog compaired to the S8 Elite II. I love this machine. When they say it is quiet they mean QUIET.....If you are looking for a machine, to replace the one you have or if you are new to cpap, demand this machine. I LOVE IT"
