"I have used the SB Nasal Pillow gear for about 3 years. The headgear is more comfortable and provides better air flow/pressure than the Mirage mask used previously. However, the Hose Guide on the SB breaks after a relatively short period of time. This is the third or fourth Hose Guide ordered in three years. Is it too much trouble to manufacture the Hose Guide from stronger material such as steel or aluminum? Still, the SB allows me to sleep more comfortably, with fewer interruptions."
