How To Enter / Eligibility
No purchase is required to enter our giveaway. There are four ways to enter, including:
(i) Email & SMS Sign Up: To be considered for the cpap.com 25th Anniversary Giveaway, you must sign up to our email and SMS list. This means of entry is required, with no purchase necessary.
(ii) Cpap.com Account Creation: Giveaway entrants who have already signed up to our email and SMS list can also create a cpap.com account as an additional entry to the giveaway.
(iii) Download & purchasing in the app (one-time order): Giveaway entrants who have already signed up to our email and SMS list can download the app and make a purchase as an additional entry to the giveaway.
(iv) Make a first-time subscription order: Giveaway entrants who have already signed up to our email and SMS list can make a first-time Sleep Subscription purchase as an additional entry to the giveaway.
Giveaway entrants must be over 18 years of age and a legal resident of the contiguous United States. cpap.com will be accepting entries from 10/23/2024 - 11/03/2024 at 11:59 p.m. Upon registration, entrants will be subscribed to the cpap.com newsletter and SMS list. Entrants may unsubscribe from both at any time.You may create a cpap.com account and we encourage you to do so while you wait for the winner announcement. Keep your email address and contact phone number current, and stay subscribed if you wish to remain contacted about the giveaway. Make sure your email spam filters do not prevent us from contacting you. If you are selected as the winner of a gift card, you will be sent one directly to your email and phone number.
Winner Selection and Notification
25 winners will be selected at random and announced on November 4, 2024. The prize of a cpap.com gift card has a fair market value of either $500 or $100. The odds of winning vary from giveaway to giveaway due to the number of entrants and the quality of entries. Winner selection and notification will take place within 24 hours of the conclusion of the giveaway. All selected winners will be notified once by email and phone. The decisions made by cpap.com regarding each giveaway are final and binding. Winner will be selected at random from qualified entrants.
Winner Disqualification
If an email or phone number returns undeliverable, the winner forfeits his/her rights to the giveaway item. cpap.com assumes no responsibility to ensure winner response.
General Conditions
No purchase is necessary to enter, please refer to the “eligibility” section of our sweepstakes terms. All decisions of cpap.com are final. By entering, participants warrant and represent that they agree to be bound by these giveaway rules and the final decisions of cpap.com. Giveaway is open to residents of the contiguous United States only. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island and where prohibited by law. For prizes requiring a prescription, the giveaway entrants must be willing to provide a valid prescription within two weeks of winner contact from cpap.com or they forfeit the giveaway prize. For CPAP machine giveaways, a valid CPAP Machine prescription must be on file at the time of winner selection. For CPAP mask giveaways, a valid CPAP mask prescription must be on file at the time of winner selection. Giveaway entrants must have or open a cpap.com account in order to submit their current CPAP prescriptions. All giveaway items will be delivered to contiguous U.S. participants free of charge. Cpap.com reserves the right to cancel giveaways at any time for any reason. Cpap.com reserves the right to modify the dates and/or terms of giveaways at any time without prior notice. Cpap.com reserves the right to substitute alternate giveaway items of equal or comparable value. Giveaway items are offered "as is'' but include standard warranty where applicable. Cpap.com is not responsible for replacing prizes as a result of damage prior to, during or after shipping or events beyond the control of cpap.com. Cpap.com is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, misdirected, mutilated or incomplete entries. In the event that a giveaway is canceled prematurely for any reason, cpap.com will use reasonable efforts to pick an alternate winner, but in the event an alternate winner cannot be determined, the giveaway item(s) will not be awarded. In the event no giveaway entrants submit an appropriate and valid prescription by 2 weeks after the conclusion of the giveaway, the giveaway item(s) will not be awarded. Cpap.com reserves the right to deny exchanges at any time. Cpap.com allows only one giveaway item per household, unless otherwise stated. Cpap.com only accepts returns on giveaway items if it is due to a manufacturer defect. In the event of a return, the customer must pay for all shipping and handling. Employees of cpap.com, participating sponsors, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, cohabitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
