Why Buy RemZzzs Mask Liners?

RemZzzs has become the go-to accessory in the CPAP community for remedying red marks, skin irritation, and mask leaks. If you are new to treating sleep apnea, you can make your CPAP therapy more comfortable by adding RemZzzs Mask Liners to your setup. Available for popular Nasal, Full Face, and Nasal Pillow masks in varying sizes, RemZzzs can help you achieve a better seal, protect you from facial irritation and red marks, and keep your equipment cleaner and longer-lasting.

Benefits of RemZzzs Mask Liners for CPAP Therapy

Adding a RemZzz Mask Liner to your CPAP mask setup is a great idea if you struggle with or experience any of the following:

  • Dry, Itchy Eyes
  • Air Leaks or an Inconsistent Mask Seal
  • Skin Irritation Around Your Cushion
  • Red Marks Leftover From Your Cushion
  • Discomfort From the Feeling of Silicone
  • Buildup of Facial Sweat and/or Oils

RemZzzs Mask Liners add a barrier between you and your CPAP mask’s cushion to secure your seal, prevent air from escaping into your eyes, reduce or eliminate red marks and irritation caused by your mask, wick away moisture and facial oils, and provide a buffer for those who don’t like the feeling of silicone on their skin, which can be especially uncomfortable in colder climates. Hundreds, if not thousands, of our customers agree that a RemZzzs Mask Liner was the missing piece they needed to sleep through the night without air leaks, dry eyes, or irritation.

How to Use RemZzzs Mask Liners

RemZzzs Mask Liners are incredibly easy to use! Simply follow the instructions below for the best experience.

For Full Face, Nasal, and Total Face Masks:

  1. Hold or place your CPAP mask on your bed or another flat surface with the cushion facing up towards you.
  2. Lay your RemZzzs Mask Liner over your mask cushion, making sure to align the hole on the mask liner with the opening of your CPAP mask.
  3. Tilt your head forward and look down into the mask as you bring it up to your face.
  4. Secure your headgear as you normally would.
  5. Pull on the edges of the liner to evenly distribute the material until it is comfortable and secure. There should be roughly one-half to three-quarter inches of fabric sticking out around the edges of your mask. Stretching the liner is extremely important for optimal performance.

For Nasal Pillow CPAP Masks:

  1. Hold your nasal pillow mask with the pillows facing you.
  2. With the two larger holes over your pillows and the two smaller holes extending towards you, line the large holes on your RemZzzs Mask Liner up with your nasal pillows, and then push your pillows through the holes completely.
  3. Take the end of your liner with the two small holes and fold it over so that your nasal pillows protrude from the smaller holes, but do not push them through completely. Stretch the small holes as necessary so that your nasal pillows are just poking through the liner.
  4. Hold your nasal pillows up to your nose as you pull your headgear back and over your head, adjusting as you normally would.
  5. Use your thumb and forefinger to adjust and gently stretch the edges of your mask liner until comfortable.

Finally - A Solution!

I have been struggling with CPAP masks for three years now. Have tried at least 7 different types of masks and have settled on 2 that I use at different times. My primary problem is that I am sensitive to any "petroleum" or "oil" based products (polypropylene, Vaseline, adhesive tape). The masks were making me miserable until I found RemZzzs. I primarily use the AirFit P10 but it was irritating my nose, sometimes causing me to sneeze constantly all day. Now that I have the RemZzzs, I sleep peacefully every night with no side effects from the mask. And it cuts out the air leakage! I love the RemZzzs - soft and protective. However, a second mask I use is the Phillips Dreamwear Nasal Cushion, there are no RemZzzs for that cushion yet. What I was able to do with considerable experimentation was to fashion a protective cover out of moleskin. That has also worked well for the Dreamwear mask. Finally, a solution to both masks. Sleeping well and happy!
