When you sign up for our Subscribe & Save program, you’ll receive 10% off all of your replacement supplies and enjoy free shipping on recurring orders, saving you money on every replacement purchase while removing the mental load of ordering your replacement supplies!
To enroll in our Subscribe & Save program, simply navigate to the product page for the item you’d like to subscribe to, and then select “Subscribe & Save 10%” instead of “One Time Purchase” under the Purchase Options. You’ll then be prompted to set the shipping interval that works best for you before adding the item to your cart. If you’re unsure or don’t remember the specific replacement supplies you’re looking for, our Part Finder Tool or the “Replacement Parts” tab on the product page of your machine, mask, humidifier, or accessories can help narrow down the exact replacement parts you need.
Your first order will ship when you place it, and then seven days before your next scheduled shipment date, you’ll receive a confirmation email, detailing your upcoming subscribed shipment. You will only be charged on the shipping day for your subscribed items.
If you’d like to cancel or manage your subscription at any time for any reason, navigate to “My Account” in the top right-hand corner of your screen. On the left of your account screen, click on the “Subscriptions” tab, which is listed near the top of the column.
From there, you can change the frequency of your order, your address, or your billing information. If you’d like, you can also pause your subscription and resume it whenever is convenient for you. If you need to change the number of items in your subscribed order, you’ll need to cancel your existing subscription and place an order for a new one with the new quantity selected.
