Does the G3 X have a humidifier?
Yes. The G3 X has a built-in humidifier to help with nasal dryness and general irritation. It holds up to 360 mL of distilled water and features 5 humidity levels to help you find your sweet spot. A heated breathing tube is also available as an optional accessory to reduce condensation.
Can I use the G3 X with any CPAP mask?
Yes, the G3 X works with any CPAP mask using the standard 22mm connection, regardless of brand. For optimal performance, REACT HEALTH recommends using masks from their approved selection or those prescribed by your physician.

How loud is the G3 X?
The sound pressure level does not exceed 28 dB, meaning it’s quieter than a whisper. Most people won’t notice the sound, especially once they’re used to it.
Do I need a prescription to buy the React G3 X?
Yes. Like all CPAP machines, the G3 X requires a prescription. It's a medical device, and U.S. federal law requires it to be sold on the order of a physician. If you have a diagnosis and a prescription in hand, you're ready to go. If not, don’t worry—we can help.
Is the G3 X APAP easy to use for beginners?
An LCD screen, a single knob, and two buttons handle everything you need. Auto On means the device starts simply by breathing into your mask—no buttons to fumble with in the dark. The Ramp feature eases you in by starting at a lower pressure and gradually building to your prescribed level, so falling asleep feels natural.
How does the G3 X automatically adjust to my breathing?
Not every night of sleep is the same, and the G3 X knows that. In AutoCPAP mode, it tracks apnea and snoring events in real time and adjusts your pressure automatically—never dropping below what your doctor prescribed. The optional SmartA feature goes a step further, allowing your clinician to enable gradual adjustments to your baseline settings based on how you actually breathe.
Why is the G3 X designed foam-free?
For years, many CPAP machines used polyurethane foam inside the device to reduce noise. Over time, that foam can break down from heat, humidity, and cleaning products, releasing particles into the airpath. The G3 X is the first-of-its-kind standard-size PAP to be engineering completely foam-free, removing the risk entirely.
What does the 5-year warranty include?
The G3 X comes with the reassurance of a 5-year warranty on the main device (more than double the standard 2 years). If there’s a defect in how it’s made, REACT HEALTH will repair or replace it. Accidents and misuse fall outside of the warranty, and accessories are covered for 3 months.
