Does the Transcend Micro offer different therapy modes?

Yes, you can switch between CPAP and Auto-CPAP therapy modes. The Micro can deliver a fixed pressure all night long or automatically adjust to your breathing needs, providing a personalized sleep experience.

Does the Transcend Micro have a humidifier?

While the Transcend Micro doesn't have a built-in humidifier, it's compatible with the AirMist Heat Moisture Exchange (HME) humidifier cartridge. This waterless humidifier can easily be attached to your mask or tubing for added comfort during therapy.

Please note that waterless humidification does not work with masks that connect to tubing above the head (like the AirFit N30i or DreamWear masks) or use a short hose in front of the face (like the AirFit F40, P10, or Nova Micro).

An AirMist HME plastic adapter and sample cartridge are included with the Micro 510, but must be purchased separately for use with the original Micro 310. Essentials packs and bundles always include AirMist HMEs.

Can I use the Transcend Micro with any CPAP mask?

Yes, the Transcend Micro is compatible with most standard CPAP masks. The included tubing has a universal 22mm connection that works with nearly all mask types, so you can continue using your preferred mask without needing to purchase special travel equipment. It will not work with masks designed specifically for the AirMini Travel CPAP.

How loud is the Transcend Micro?

What's the difference between the Transcend Micro 310 and Micro 510?

The Transcend Micro 510 improves on the original design by adding 3 new unique colors, a redesigned, more flexible hose, an included AirMist waterless humidification adapter and sample cartridge, a new filter design with the choice of standard or fine hypoallergenic filters (both included), an included hard shell travel case, an extended 3-year warranty, and US-based assembly and manufacturing.

How does waterless humidification work?

Waterless humidification works by recycling moisture captured from the air you breathe out, back into your therapy air. For this reason, it is most effective when placed as close to the face as possible.

What masks can I use AirMist Waterless Humidification with?

AirMist HMEs are physically compatible with any standard CPAP mask and tubing setup with 22mm connection points.

AirMist HMEs are NOT compatible with AirMini setup pack masks and cannot function as a replacement for HumidX.

AirMist HMEs will NOT work well with masks that connect to tubing above the head (such as the AirFit P30i, DreamWear Masks, or AirTouch F30i) OR masks that connect to tubing via a short flexible tube at the front of the mask (such as the AirFit P10, Nova Micro, or AirFit F40).

AirMist HMEs (and other waterless humidifiers) are only effective for masks that connect to tubing directly in front of the face (such as the AirFit F30, AirFit F20, or ComfortGelBlue masks).
