How to return your kit
Use the pre-paid shipping pouch included in your test kit and drop it in the mail as soon as you can. Once we receive your device, our team will clean it with 70% isopropyl alcohol and sanitize it using UV light so it’s ready for the next person who’s waiting for their home sleep test.

If your device isn’t returned
If your test kit isn’t returned within 60 days, we reserve the right to apply a $250 charge to your account. As soon as the device is returned, that charge will be fully refunded.
