Privacy Notice to California Residents (โCA Noticeโ)
This Privacy Notice to California Residents (โCA Noticeโ) is only for California residents and supplements the other sections of this Privacy Policy. This CA Notice explains how we collect, use and disclose your โpersonal informationโ (as that term is defined by California law) and how you may exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (โCCPAโ). If you are not a California resident, this does not apply to you.
Your Rights.
As a California resident, you have the following rights:
Right To Know
You have the right to request that we disclose to you the personal information we collected about you in the 12-month period preceding your request. This right includes the right to request: (1) specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; (2) categories of personal information we have collected about you; (3) categories of sources from which the personal information was collected; (4) categories of personal information that we sold or disclosed for a business purpose about you (if applicable); (5) categories of third parties to whom your personal information was sold or disclosed for a business purpose (if applicable); and (6) the business or commercial purpose for collecting or, if applicable, selling your personal information.
Right To Delete
You have the right to request that we delete your personal information that we have collected from you, with some exceptions. Note that if you request that we delete your information, we may be unable to provide you with certain offers or services.
Right To Correct
You have the right to correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right To OPT Out Of Sale
You have the right to say no to the sale of personal information. The CCPA defines โsellโ to mean selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a California residentโs personal information to another business or a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
Right To Limit Processing Of Sensitive Personal Information
If we use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those allowed by the CCPA and its regulations, the right to limit our use and disclosure.
Right To Non-Discrimination
You have the right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights. This means we cannot deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of quality of goods or services just because you exercise your rights under the CCPA.
How To Exercise Your Rights.
We have provided a list of the categories of personal information we have collected in the preceding 12 months below, as well as a list of the categories of personal information we have shared with others for business purposes. If you have questions or would like to further exercise your rights, you may contact us via email or webform. Our email address and webform link are provided in Section 12 below. Please note that to protect your information, we may need additional information from you to verify your identity before processing your request. Under the CCPA, you may exercise these rights yourself or you may designate an authorized agent to make these requests on your behalf. We reserve the right to request that your authorized agent have written permission from you to make requests on your behalf and may need to verify your authorized agentโs identity.
Notice At Collection Of Personal Information.
To provide you with our Site and Services, we collect and process information about you, including in some cases, personal information. To comply with the CCPA and to assist you in understanding our data collection and protection practices during the 12 months prior to the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy:
Categories of Consumer Personal Data.
We have listed the types of consumer personal information we have collected in Section 1 โPersonal Data We Collectโ above.
Purpose for Collection.
We have identified the purpose for which we collect consumer Personal Information in Section 2 โWhy We Collect & How We Use Your Personal Dataโ above. We may also collect personal information for the following business purposes:
- Auditing related to counting ad impressions to unique visitors, verifying positioning and quality of ad impressions, and auditing compliance with this specification and other standards.
- Helping to ensure security and integrity to the extent the use of your personal information is reasonably necessary and proportionate for these purposes.
- Debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
- Performing services, including maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, or providing similar services.
- Undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration.
- Undertaking activities to verify or maintain the quality or safety of a service, and to improve, upgrade, or enhance the service.

Sources of Personal Information.
As set forth in Section 1 โPersonal Data We Collectโ above, we receive personal information from you, your device(s), and from our service provider and third parties.
Childrenโs Personal Information.
We do not knowingly collect personal information of consumers under 16 years of age and we do not sell personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Sensitive Personal Information.
We do not use sensitive personal information (as it is defined in the CCPA) for purposes other than those the CCPA and its regulations allow for.
Retention of Personal Information.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collect it, such as to provide you with the service you have requested, and for the purpose of satisfying any legal, accounting, contractual, or reporting requirements that apply to us.
Sale of Data.
The CCPA defines โsaleโ as the transfer of Personal Information for monetary or other valuable consideration. Although we do not โsellโ Personal Information as that term is commonly interpreted, we engage in online advertising activities that do constitute cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.

We have identified why and to what categories of entities we disclose consumer personal information for our business purposes in Section 3 โHow We Share Personal Dataโ above. Shine the Light Law.
If you are a California resident and have an established business relationship with us, you may request that we do not disclose your personal information to third parties for the third partiesโ own direct marketing purposes (as those terms are defined in California Civil Code ยง 1798.83).
