Better Than The P10
I've used the AirFit P10 for a couple of years and liked it. I've found that I don't wake up readjusting the Nuance Pro mask and am sleeping better. The pillows form a better seal than the P10 and are more comfortable. I am a stomach sleeper and find that I am not waking up with air shooting into my eye after turning. It leaves strap marks like the P10, just slightly higher on the face and not quite as deep.

It's About Time
Although my last nasal pillow mask was comfortable, I've been waiting forever for a mask with a top-mounted hose. I hate to be restricted to sleeping on my back or the side toward the machine. The DreamWear is super soft super comfortable. And if you and your wife/partner like to spoon/snuggle, this is definitely the mask for you.
