How to Replace Your Ebb CoolDrift Luxe ComfortBand

1. Insert ComfortBand to the back of the bedside controller until you feel it click. Tug firmly on the ComfortBand connector to make sure it is inserted correctly. 
2. Hold the tubing with one hand above your forehead with the cushion facing you and use the other hand to stretch the ComfortBand over the back of your head. 
3. Use the adjustment tabs on the back of the ComfortBand to tighten. Remove the orange cap from the bottom of the fluid cartridge. Insert fluid cartridge into the bedside controller, push down, and turn the dial to lock position.

How to Clean the ComfortBand

Over time, germs, bacteria, and dead skin all collect on the ComfortBand, and to keep things sanitary, you'll need to replace it periodically. Because of the ComfortBand's unique materials and construction, it is not intended to be washed or cleaned but can be wiped with an alcohol wipe. By ordering the Ebb Replenishment Kit, you'll get a replacement ComfortBand that will keep your therapy sanitary while you get some much-needed rest.

When Should I Replace the ComfortBand? 

Replace the ComfortBand as needed based on normal wear and tear. 

When Should I Replace the Fluid Cartridge?

The fluid cartridge should be replaced every two to four months when the display on the bedside controller indicates replace.

How to Prepare the Ebb CoolDrift Luxe for Travel 

1. Disconnect ComfortBand. 
2. Remove the fluid cartridge from the bedside controller. 
3. Place in a travel bag.
