    Great mask with new innovations

    I like that this mask has a more innovative design than the one I had used for almost 18 years. This one has a more robust head strap, thick and wider than the previous ones.

    The connection of the head strap to the body of this new mask uses a solid plastic hook that rests in a slot which is integrated into the mask; the prior ones connected to a flexible strap with flimsy plastic connectors. The old style also uses a bar going across the front of the mask that was held in place with small plastic slots which extend from the body; those protruding slots would often break after a while, making the mask ineffective.

    The old style facial seal was in two parts - the soft plastic outside with a less pliable molded material inside to hold the form around your face. The molded support part had to tuck into grooves formed in the mask for the seal to be effective. If it slipped out of place, the seal was broken and I'd wake up after snoring for a while--throat and mouth super dry and having difficulty breathing.

    This new style uses only the soft, pliable part of the seal, attached to the mask with no chance of coming loose. The new unit has 3 different sizes of masks included so you can determine which one works best for your needs. I was having difficulty with the new setup because the seal on the larger mask sizes was allowing air to bleed out around the seal whenever I would lay on my side.

    This mask works

    This is the only full face mask that has worked for me and i have tried many. I still get some leaks from time to time depending on sleep position, but overall the best from my perspective.

    Fits well and easy to clean

    I like the Simplus better than the Mirage Quattro I was using. The pop out cushion is easier to clean and reinstall. I also like the front facing air vent because it doesn't make noise when I am sleeping on my side.
