What’s the difference between the brevida and the Pilairo Q?

Both the Brevida and Pilairo Q are adjustable and ultra-quiet. The main difference between the two masks is that the Brevida has a smaller profile and is lighter than the Pilairo Q. You can read more about the similarities and differences between these two masks.

What’s the difference between the brevida versus the P10?

As discussed on our blog, the key difference between the Brevida and the AirFit P10 is the headgear. The Brevida and AirFit P10 both have the same single-strap elastic headgear except the Brevida headgear can be fully adjusted using the extendable Velcro on each side.

Is the brevida compatible with any CPAP machine?

    A well-balanced model

    I own CPAP masks such as the N20 and Nova Micro etc., but I find the Brevida easier to use than those masks. The pillows are soft and inflate with air, providing a comfortable fit. My AHI has also improved. On the other hand, the air leakage is significant, and it is difficult to figure out how to improve the fit. Overall, I like this model and would like to continue using it.

    Very comfortable nasal pillow mask

    I thought this mask was even more comfortable than the ResMed P10, but I was a bit confused by the pillow sizing. The pillows only come in XS-S and in M-L, two choices. The small one seemed too small for me, so I had one good night with the large size. But on the second night, I couldn't get a seal at all with the large size, so I managed to use the small size without any problem. Not sure what was going on with that. Maybe it was my fault for not letting the CPAP machine expand the pillow before I tried to put it on. This mask also comes with a snap-on vent cover which makes it quiet. But when I washed the pillow and hose after the first night, the cover kept falling off. I snapped it back on, but it easily fell off again, over and over. I was only at a pressure of 7, so it wasn't high pressure causing it.
