I am asking potential customers to NOT purchase from this organization. There was an offensive odor from this nasal... cushion that I never experienced from any credible Medicare supply provider. This cushion smells of polyurethane or polypropylene strong chemical material. In fact, you can actually smell this cushion even while in the packaging. The internet says "silicone" and Amazon offers this cushion for $15.92. Don't be fooled by "knock-off" companies who buy from China with copy cat "second" look a likes. My supplies have never made me sick. But these did. I purchased two and I did receive full credit. However, I'm having a discussion with ResMed and have the sample to show them. This will cause cancer, people. Do not buy any of these products period! The Customer Service agents are very nice, but they are selling hazardous products that will endanger your health.
