How to Clean the OSTRICHPILLOW Go:

While the memory foam core of the OSTRICHPILLOW Go cannot be machine washed, the fabric shell can be removed and cleaned in the washing machine on cold. 

How to You Wear the OSTRICHPILLOW Go:

The OSTRICHPILLOW Go is taller on the sides and smaller in the front and back. You should wear it around your neck with the adjustable velcro connecting in the front. The taller sides should hug the right and left sides of your neck.
