Portable Outlet Car Charger Comes up Short for the Price

I purchased the Portable Outlet Car Charger for $40 through CPAP.com. This charger/inverted delivers 100 watts as well as an additional 1 amp for charging devices with a USB cord. After I received this charger, I looked on Amazon for the same out of curiosity. I found numerous car chargers/inverters that deliver 150 watts and USB chargers at 2.1 amps and 1amp for $20. Many had excellent reviews and came with protections against overheating and under/over voltage inputs. I also found chargers/inverters that delivered 300 watts (as well as having USB chargers and heat/voltage protection) for $36—again with excellent reviews. I can’t help feeling that I overpaid for an inferior product.
