The product was as described. Good price. My issue is the availability of the product. The website made it seem the item was readily available. I placed the order expecting to receive the item in a few days. After several days, I called CPAP.com to inquiry about my order. I was informed that the item was on backorder from the manufacturer. The site said the item was in stock, when it was not. I would have ordered the item from another vendor had I known it was not actually in stock. Speed of delivery was important for the order. I have secured another vendor with the same pricing. I will not be using CPAP.com again.

Good price and quick delivery. Item is just like the original it replaced (without the wear and tear of course). I'm very pleased.

This bag is great it holds everything needed for your CPAP plus you have the velcro that attaches to the handle of your luggage making it easy to travel with and when traveling you don't have extra items in your hands and is also allowed on board without extra charge.
