The nasal pillow with the top feed headgear is by far the most comfortable cpap mask I've ever had. Get the replacement pillows every 3 months on subscription making it effortless to keep the cpap working as it should.

Sleep tight
Was not what I initially bought but this is great . It helps hold nasal passage open for better airflow even in side where the cushion and tension from side sleep may pull the mask ever so slightly to one side closing nasal passage. Recommend 10!
